Before I can create artwork and designs that you and your brand will love, I will first need to gather some information from you through the questionnaire below. This will allow me to get a better understanding of your vision, requirements or constraints, and what you would like me to create for your brand. The more information you give me, the better I can translate that into a design that will fit the brief, so please try and be thorough if you can! :) This questionnaire will serve as our starting point for the commission.
